Help a Mother Out, Blood Centers of the Pacific, at Capacity with Donations

Help a Mother Out received such a tremendous amount of donations benefiting San Bruno fire victims over the weekend that they've halted their drive.

Additionally, Blood Centers of the Pacific have also received a huge amount of donations and suggest waiting another week or more to donate.

The Bay Area Red Cross, the City of San Bruno, and local churches are all reportedly at capacity with in-kind donations. So, your best bet is to send monetary donations to San Pablo Lions Club, PO Box 242, San Bruno, CA 94066, (reference “fire” on check) — 100% of the funds will go to victims this way.

Take note that Help a Mother Out accepts diapers, pull-ups, and wipes year-round at their drop-off bin locations. They also remind us that there are always people in need regardless of whether or not a disaster is the catalyst, so kindly continue to donate clothing, and blood, whenever possible.
