Adobe stock soared this morning after Apple backtracked on its original anti-FLash philosophy. See, Apple will now "allow developers to design and build apps in Flash and then convert them into Apple-friendly code," according to Business Insider.

What does this mean? Well, not much to the average user. Apple iPhone, iPod, and iPad users will not be able to use Flash while browsing the internet. It means that apps developed with third-party tools (e.g., Flash) will be welcome at the App Store.
