LECTURE: Award-winning artist/author Eric Drooker will give a slide lecture on the new book, Howl: A Graphic Novel, based on Allen Ginsberg's epic poem. Drooker also designed the animation for the film, Howl (starring James Franco).

MUSIC: Bandleader and Grammy winning jazz artist Arturo O'Farrill, along with the Idelsohn Society, will recreate the 1961 classic by Juan Calle and His Latin Lantzmen, Mazeltov, Mis Amigos, an album of “Yiddish favorites in Latin tempo" and "one of the great cross-cultural mash-ups of 20th Century American pop music," for one night only.
