An transient man in his 50s was found dead in Golden Gate Park on Saturday morning. "It looked like he was assaulted and died from his injuries," SFPD Sgt. Troy Dangerfield explained to BCN (via SF Appeal).
The victim has been identified as 53-year-old Michael Ponder. His body was discovered near Kezar Stadium. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
No arrests have been made.
