The San Francisco Police Department have released an alert seeking help finding 82-year-old Nollie Cooley, who was last seen leaving the 1400 block of Thomas Ave on August 20th at about 7 p.m. and has not returned. Cooley has insulin-dependent diabetes but no other known medical or psychological issues.
