Today, prosecutors charged Oakland resident Joshua Calder, 36, with vehicular manslaughter while intoxicated after an alleged hit-and-run crash on Friday night. He is accused of killing 21-year-old Nils Linke at Masonic and Turk. Calder, as many of you know, "allegedly drove away from the scene afterward." [CBS 5]
