A year after 5-year-old Hasanni Campbell went missing -- his guardian allegedly left him inside a parked car in Berkeley, which is when is reportedly disappeared -- the lead investigator in the case considers the boy's foster father, Louis Ross, the prime suspect." BCN (via CBS 5) reports, "Acting Lt. Gus Galindo said he believes Hasanni 'met some kind of foul play at the hands of Louis Ross, who was raising the boy along with Jennifer Campbell, who is Hasanni's aunt and foster mother."
Galindo noted that even though Ross and Campbell moved out of the area, which "has made the investigation harder but it hasn't deterred us," he still wants to "bring him to justice."
Ross, if you recall, wasn't charged in Hasanni's disappearance.
