BENEFIT: Bread for the Journey San Francisco, a new community development organization, is having a fundraiser for Kid Serve, who are creating a four-story mosaic at 170 Otis Street with teenagers in foster care.

ART: As SFist Ted noted last week, Intersection for the Arts, Recology, and Hub Bay Area present Art at the Dump: Twenty Years of the Artist in Residence Program, featuring a sampling of work by some of the artists who have participated in the program over the years. Sculpture, photography, painting, drawing, performance, video, textiles, and musical composition will be represented in the exhibition.
