The Oakland Police Department is offering an reward up to $1,000 for anyone helping identify these suspects accused of looting several downtown Oakland businesses (Foot Locker, Sears, sushi restaurant, etc.) following the Mehserle verdict on July 8. Those who are identified will "likely face charges of burglary, looting or theft."
