According to the LA Superior Court, the sentencing date for convicted BART police officer Johannes Mehserle has been changed to November 5th, 8:30 a.m. Mehserle's sentencing was originally scheduled for August 6th.
On July 8, Mehserle was found guilty of involuntary manslaughter in the shooting death of Oscar Grant.
