An off-duty police officer witnessed 21-year-old John Taylor Jr. of Oakland toss his toddler into traffic on Saturday. It's a jarring, sensational story. Depressing too. See, the officer saw Taylor yelling in the middle of the street. He then "allegedly picked up his daughter, forcefully shook her and threw her into oncoming traffic."
