There's a ton going on on Saturday, and only a few events dare to compete with the massive Bay to Breakers on Sunday. There are some good events in the East Bay though, for those who want to do the complete opposite of B2B. Hit up FunCheap SF for that -- we gleaned quite a few events from there as well!

Although SFist This Weekend usually consists of daytime events, we thought we'd give you a heads-up about tomorrow night's Dawn Festival, a late-night Cultural Arts Festival and Celebration of the Jewish holiday Shavuot, featuring such big names as Sandra Bernhard and author Daniel Handler, plus much more.

Also on Saturday, are the Asian Heritage Street Celebration in the Tenderloin, featuring that giant colon, the Inner Sunset Street Fair, the annual NoPa Neighborhood Block Party (that nabe is going to be wrecked after this weekend), and the Yerba Buena Gardens Festival.
