For political fameballers, nothing brings on the giggles more than comedy gold mined from within the navel of wonk mentality. So get ready. Yesterday, the Democratic Senatorial Campaign Committee released a "hysterical" send-up of former HP overlord/teabag-sympathizer Carly Fiorina's "Demon Sheep" ad, the one that attacked former Rep. Tom Campbell. In all fairness, the ad was rather (if unintentionally) funny -- a horrific GOP acid trip caught on tape, if you will.
Now there's another sheep ad, produced by the Democrats, attacking Carly where it hurts: her resume and fondness for sheep metaphors. "Carly Fiorina stars in her most terrifying role ever," the narrator dooms in the most recent attack ad, "in Demon Sheep II: the Fleecing of California."
It's better produced and edited than its predecessor, and more effective. Best of all, it's got a sheep version of Carly sporting pearls. Carla Marinucci likes it. So might you. Watch it after the jump... if you dare.
