Lynn Redgrave, the Oscar-nominated actress famous for her roles in Georgy Girl and Gods and Monsters, died at her home Sunday in Connecticut, her family announced this morning. The 67-year-old actress was battling breast cancer. Lynn was the sister of controversial actress Vanessa Redgrave. She was also the aunt of Joely Richardson and Natasha Richardson. Toward the end of her life, Redgrave had appeared on Ugly Betty and Law & Order: Criminal Intent.

Also, notes People, "[s]he was also the first of many celebrities who served as the spokesperson for the Weight Watchers program," with the (now ironic) tag line,"This is living." We'll miss you, Lynn. Sigh.
