Three Hayward men -- Shafiq Hashemi, 21, Mohammad Habibzada, 24, and Sayed Bassam, 21 -- pleaded guilty on Monday to shooting a 27-year-old man in the face with a BB gun. The incident happened on February 26 at 16th and Guerrero streets in the Mission District. It seems these pieces of human waste from Hayward came to SF with the sole intention of shooting men they assumed to be gay. How charming.
BCN (via SF Appeal) reports: "the three men targeted nearly a dozen victims that evening, recording the shootings on a video camera confiscated by police along with a "rifle-style" BB gun." The victim who came forward was not seriously injured.
Anyway, the pieces of Hayward garbage received a mere 180 days in the county clink. They will also receive"three years' probation, have to attend 40 hours of hate crime sensitivity training and perform up to 400 hours of community service, and will pay restitution to the victim."
No other victims have come forward.
