It's almost Earth Day, so here's a little video of a strange older woman, a dancer/artist of some kind (any background on her would be much appreciated), who paints herself blue, smears her naked body with mud, and wears a crown of twigs in this performance thing that feels straight outta Berkeley circa 1978 (though it's obviously more recent).
