Berkeley Man Shot, Killed in SF

Over in San Francisco's Bayview District, a 20-year-old Berkeley man was shot and killed (a rather common occurrence in said neighborhood) on Saturday night. Stephen Powell was shot, according to BCN (via Oakland Tribune), "at about 7 p.m. in the unit block of Garlington Court." He was pronounced dead at the scene. No arrests have been made.
