The 2010 Census is certainly way more tech-savvy than any other in human history, and they've put up this fancy interactive map (the real purpose of which we don't quite get) to show you how many people in your city or neighborhood have sent back their census forms. The nerds in Green, Ohio take the prize for most prompt form-filler-outers, with 72% already in. The national average is at 54%, and in SF, a quick scan of neighbhorhoods shows the Marina and Castro hovering right around that average, with the Tenderloin a bit behind at 39% and the Twin Peaks/Forest Hill area a touch ahead at 62%.
