A brutal attack was reported at 24th and Capp Streets yesterday afternoon at around 5:40 pm. SFPD Officer Boaz Mariles told BCN (via SF Appeal) that "the two girls exited the bus and confronted the other pair of teenagers," which is when the violence started. "The girls who had been on the street then used a knife and baseball bat to assault the girls who had been on the bus,"

Kevin Montgomery of Uptown Almanac, who was at the scene, reported that allegedly "a mother was stabbed repeatedly in the face in front of her child" with a "[r]idiculous amount of blood was coming out of her face and arm," and that there "[m]ust have been at least half of the on-duty Mission Station police OTS."

The victims, who suffered a stab wound and baseball bat beating, were whisked to San Francisco General Hospital to be treated for injuries that are not life-threatening. Two other refined ladies were arrested on suspicion of assault with a deadly weapon.
