A little before 8am this morning, a female pedestrian was seriously injured on Mission Street between Sixth and Fifth. The accident resulted in the rerouting of the 14-Mission bus.

SF MTA spokesman Judson True confirmed to SF Appeal "that the14 Mission electric trolley buses...are running on Market, not Mission, due to the street closure, and that the 14L Mission Limited biodiesel buses will continue to run down Market."

In related morning public transportation news, @ActionNewsSF reports that "California St Cable Car service down; bus shuttles in place."
