What with Valentine's Day around the corner, Nob Hill Gazette (a local publication whose motto, "...an attitude, not an address," lets you know that Nob Hill is the neighborhood in SF) released its Annual Eligibles List, a directory of crestfallen, lonely locals, which was made famous back in the day by SF Weekly's Laurel Wellman.

A few notables who made the 2010 list: Anna Alioto ("water sports"), former Flavorpill editor Lisa Hix ("clumsy walker, grace personified on roller skates"), Denise Hale ("San Francisco society’s grand dame; people & places light her fire"), chiseled BOS legislative aide Alex Volberding (interested in city planning), Yelp's very handsome Jeremy Stoppelman, (enjoys dog parks and fresh air), and most crucially, your very own SFist editor (we're going to die alone).

But one dinner-for-one candidate proved the most fascinating of all. Behold:

Thomas Lee M.D.: Physician/entrepreneur; One Medical Group founder; competitive rower, jellyfish breeder & snowball artist.

We don't know what being a snowball artist entails, but we're all ears. Same goes for jellyfish breeding.
