Word is that this morning's Muni commute was, according to countless Twitter messages, catastrophic. Something or other about "electrical issues" have temporarily ruined the J Church and N Judah lines today.

"We have been and are experiencing crowding on inbound trains from Church Street as a result of the switch problem," SF MTA spokesman Judson True told SF Appeal.

Expect delays all morning. As usual.
