Bay Area communities are organizing efforts to help victims of the four disasters that struck the Samoan Islands, the Philippines, and Indonesia this week. Below are a few places to drop off donations. Additionally, the American Red Cross is working to assist all three regions, and they're accepting monetary and blood donations and volunteers.

Samoan Islands [Via SF Appeal and KGO]

Samoan Community Development Center: Accepting clothing, shoes, dry foods, water, and money from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. at the center's headquarters at 2055 Sunnydale Ave.

Samoan Christian Fellowship: Has a list of various Bay Area churches that are taking donations. Boxes with lids for shipping goods are a main priority at the moment.

Thurgood Marshall High School: Students are collecting food, clothing, and money, which can be dropped off at the main office at 45 Conkling St.

Food, clothing, and medical supplies can be dropped off at the following locations.
