Man Stops Car In Middle of Highway, Struggles With Cops, Dies

A 350-pound man with an alleged history of drug use was found wandering amidst the traffic on Highway 4 in Pittsburg at about 3:30 a.m. today. A couple of off-duty security guards spotted his car stopped in the middle of the road and pulled over to help move it out of the roadway. They spotted the dude, put him in handcuffs, CHP arrived, man proceeded to struggle, kicking and screaming, and they ended up putting him in leg restraints and moving him to the center divide. Then he died. We don't know if there's anything missing from this story, but sure, maybe he was just on many drugs and his heart gave out during the struggle. Anyway. Happy Friday.
