Cute and affordable maternity clothing options seem to be few and far-between these days, but San Francisco moms-to-be can now count on Maternity Xchange for good quality new and consignment items for a fraction of the regular price. Maternity Xchange is offered in two forms:

They have a Monthly Sale at the Presidio Sports Basement (610 Old Mason St), which is happening tomorrow and Sunday from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. We haven't made it to the sale yet, but we hear it's huge. Brands such as Japanese Weekend, Olian, Seven for all Mankind, Juliet Dream, Chaiken, 1 In The Oven, and Mama Black Jeans are sold at the sales.

Maternity Xchange also just opened their brand-new Showroom, which is featured in the above photos. It's housed in the It's Yoga, Kids studio in the Presidio (569 Ruger St) and offers brands such as Gap, Mimi Maternity, Pea in the Pod, Diane von Furstenberg, and Mama Black. We went the other day and came away with two pairs of jeans, a skirt, capris, and an adorable blouse. No single item we bought was over $40. The showroom is open Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 11:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m.
