ART: Score some gems by over 350 local artists at Pop Noir, Southern Exposure's Annual Fundraiser + Art Auction. The event features a live and silent art auction, creative projects, delicious food and beverages, and music. Artists will be creating unusual and mysterious portraits of auction attendees.

PARTY: Flavorpill informs us of Yerba Buena Center the Arts' What's the Big Idea, a kick-off party for pride month. There will be live sets from Pansy Division and the Ex-Boyfriends, DJ sets ranging from dirty disco and house (Honey Sound System) to dirtier rock 'n roll (DJ Dirty Knees), a drag extravaganza hosted by Charlie Horse's Anna Conda and Chaser impersario Monistat, and a fashion show by the Sisters of Perpetual Indulgence. It's best to get there early to ensure admission.

ROLLER DISCO: A Midsummer Night's Roller Disco is another great event happening during IndieFest's Another Hole in the Head Festival. Skates and music will be provided by Black Rock Roller Disco. IndieFest is not responsible for "alcohol influenced roller skating wipe outs."
