In conjunction with Sunday Streets, there will be a Fitness, Health & Safety Fair this Sunday at Fisherman's Wharf from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. (for those who want to brave the Wharf).
There will be a rock-climbing wall for children to test their skills, and adults can learn the latest in exercise techniques. Sustainable food experts will educate visitors on healthy eating, and safety experts will provide information on how to plan and protect ourselves and our families in emergency situations. There will also be life-saving drills at the event.
The fair is free and open to the public. Taking public transit to the event is strongly encouraged, and the F & T Lines will be free of charge from 8:30am to 2:00pm. There will be valet bike parking provided by the Fisherman’s Wharf Community Benefit District and managed by the San Francisco Bicycle Coalition.
