As always, Sexpigeon was way ahead of the curve. But now other folks are asking, is Mission Street Food still a Thursday night must-do?

Let's call it the Chronicle effect: cool, somewhat indie restaurant (finally) gets written up (somewhat inaccurately, according to one of its subjects. Hmm.) in the Chron, and fearing untenable lines, many of the faithful stay away.*
