Found over at Laughing Squid, appropriately enough, somebody is (allegedly) offering their giant squid to anybody who wants it. For free. It can be your newest, least cuddliest pet, or you can turn it into a fancy meal. (Tip: Joanne Weir's "Weir Cooking in the City" has a wonderful recipe for Grilled Squid Salad with Winter Citrus)
But we still think Mr. Beale should reconsider adopting it.
