In honor of Veterans Day, which is today, USF is holding a blood drive. Billed "We Do For the Troops," the blood-sucking festivities will be hosted by the USF ROTC program. That means that the Blood Centers for the Pacific will bring its big ol' blood bus in front of USF's main campus at Cowell Hall from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. today, with a big ol' needle with your name on it. But wait, that's not all! While you're helping someone out by donating voluminous amounts of your red, sticky, viscous bodily fluid, blood donors will also get "a mini-physical that tells their cholesterol level, blood pressure, blood type, iron level and temperature."
