SAN BUNO, MONDAY: Christopher Sorro , a 48-year-old San Bruno gent, was arrested for shooting a woman in the head at the San Bruno Caltrain Station. At around 9:45p.m. last night, officers responded to a call at the station, finding a woman lying on the ground with a bullet to the head. Sorro was arrested and booked. The female is currently at a local hospital being treated for wounds. (CBS 5)

MONDAY, FAIRFIELD: Matt Garcia, 22, one of the youngest elected city officials in California, "was shot and critically wounded in the driveway of a friend's home" on Monday night. While chatting to friends on the 5000 block of Silverado Drive in Fairfield, Garcia took a shot to the back of the head. He is currently in in critical condition. (SFGate)
