SUNDAY, MISSION: Over at 23rd and Treat streets, 18-year-old Jorge Hurtado was shot and killed at around 1 a.m. Hurtado, according to the Gate, was "approached by another young man, who briefly exchanged words with Hurtado," killed him, and then escaped in a "dark-colored SUV." No arrests have been made.

SATURDAY, TENDERLOIN: Anyone know exactly what went down here. The fuzz didn't seem to know what we're talking about when we contacted them. According to an SFist tipster, "[I] just went through the projects on Turk at Laguna, and was rerouted by police. There were about 50 cops and a handful of undercovers, and tons of people outside. Anyone hear what happened? This was around 10:30 or so, and as of 11:15, they're still there, and no word from the regular news sources." Come on, readers, spill it.

SATURDAY, VISITACION VALLEY: a 20-year-old man was shot an astounding six times around 5:30 p.m. at Brookdale Avenue and Santos Street. The unidentified lad was whisked away to SF General where he is in critical condition. No arrests have been made.

SUNDAY, RICHMOND: A 73-year-old man was murdered in Sunday night after he was shot in the head while driving.The shooting occurred in the city of Richmond before 10 p.m. near South 15th Street and Virginia Avenue. No arrests have been made.
