Oakland resident Brihannala Morgan, 26, and Suisun City resident Nyendak Wangden, 22 - the two ladies who climbed up the Chinese consulate in San Francisco, with the latter dame falling 15 feet after her rope snapped during some sort of performance art piece - are facing federal charges of "forcibly thrusting" their barely-legal bodies against a "building used as a foreign consulate." If convicted, according to CBS 5, the two could face a maximum of six months in prison. If you recall, the two were arrested on Wednesday after protesting China's human rights abuse and snotty attitude toward Tibet. (CBS 5)
