FILM FEST: The Frameline Film Festival (AKA, the queer one) kicks off tonight, and we couldn't be more thrilled. Over at the Castro Theatre, be sure to check out this evening's lesbian drama mystery Affinity (2008) -- which tells classic women-in-prison tale but with a Gothic, Victorian era twist, featuring Anna Massey and Amanda Plummer -- but then head on down to SOMA for the opening night party. The night is sure to be riddled with drunk/high A-list gays, so we need you fine, down-to-earth folks to balance things out. What's more, the party is at the newly remodeled 1015 Folsom. And isn't it time to give 1015 a second chance? Open-bar action rumored.
7 p.m. (film), 10 p.m. (party) // Castro Theatre (film); Ten15 Folsom (party) // $90 (film & party) $45-$60 (party only)
