What with today's controversy surroundings James -- SFist's new photo editor, we should note (surprise!) -- and the brouhaha surrounding his NBC 11 appearance, we asked the San Francisco Municipal Transportation Agency for a comment on the pressing situation at hand. Fearing a second plane would crash into the Muni Hot-or-Not item, we braced ourselves for what was to come next.
Turns out they love it. And who wouldn't? It's awesome. When asked about Hot/Not, Kristen Holland, SFMTA spokesperson, offered SFist a green pimping statement:
We think all our Muni customers, and anyone who rides transit, is made hot by using a green sustainable form of transportation.
