There's also some bus reroutes, courtesy of the delightful YMCA Chinese New Year Run on Sunday at the Chinatown YMCA (855 Sacramento Street). The fun starts at 8am, and registration's $35. According to the website, "random awards will be handed out at the end of the finish line." Random! What fun.
