The next season of Top Chef is looking for a few good contestants, right here in San Francisco. Applicants that aren't able to attend can submit video profiles instead, but Sunday brings you a chance for a little face time with producers. Either way, there's paperwork to fill out.

Per Bravo's site:

SAN FRANCISCO

OPEN CALL: Sunday, August 12 / 12pm-4pm

Postrio
545 Post St.
San Francisco, CA 94102
415-776-7825

And, please, San Franciscans, tell us if you make the show. We'd love an excuse to cover it again, as we did season one (which took place here) and season two (which had some Bay Area contestants).

Season three, which we are quite enjoying, actually, had no solid local hook, and thus it wasn't fodder for SFist. Season four takes place in Chicago, a city that has a lot of really interesting things happening in a culinary sense, so we'd be extremely excited to have a hometown hero to root for. (We'd also request more guest appearances by season one's Stephen Asprinio. We love Stephen!)

C'mon, aspiring super-chefs! Make the show! Do it for US.
