We can't get any details on this month's cases, sadly, because the SF Superior Court website seems to have been completely demolished. (Maybe the SFMTA website ran into it.) We have it on good authority that one $20,000 case involves a woman who fell off her bike at the Transbay Terminal -- yes, twenty thousand for falling off a bike. Imagine if just a handful of Critical Massers passed through the busway; the city would go bankrupt.
Other cases range from $5,000 to $17,000; and as we said, the court's inability to maintain a website means that we have absolutely no idea what the details of the cases are. That is why we'd like to invite you to make some up in the comments.
