Actually, what they do is create a cover for all the reflected heat from the sun. So the heat stays up in the clouds and winds up in the air and hello warmer temperatures. They also bring moisture, which helps warm things up, but they also bring rain. Which is why there's a possible chance of rain tomorrow morning.

Mmm...cold temperature and rain, who doesn't love that?
