Heaton does say that the crosses served their purpose and brought attention to the war in light of what Condi Rice called merely an "augmentation." Unfortunately, as we all know, it's George Bush's decision as he's the decider. We hear he likes making decisions. Saying it too.

There doesn't seem to be any resolution to the issue of whether those crosses should be up or not And so, in indecision, they stay.
