C/2006 P1, known as Comet McNaught to friends, viewed at sunset from Twin Peaks towards the west, "over" the Farallon Islands
Look at the size of him! The brightest comet in the past three decades should put on another appearance tomorrow. Look just above the horizon (somewhere near the prominent cell phone antenna tower pictured at lower left) starting at around 5:30 P.M. or so. If you can brave the cold and the wind, good on you mate.
