Between our really bad hangover and our fantasy football loses we thought we had a bad weekend but MUNI? They had a really bad weekend.

After an attempt was made to replace some old lines with some new lines, MUNI's been having all sorts of cases of MUNI interruptus. Those people who ride the K, L, and M lines had disruptions on Thursday for about four hours, then they went down again for six hours Saturday morning and on Sunday, they were down again, starting at 2. Each time, MUNI quickly sent shuttle buses to help people out but as we all know, shuttle buses just don't have that swing.

The problem was basically that the repair work being done shorted out the system. Oops. The problem has been fixed but that's what they thought on Friday when the problems first started up. Let's hope things go better because nothing says crappy Monday like MUNI problems.
