Bomb Scare

An alert gardener noticed a 3 foot by 1 foot yellow tub with a wire coming out of it, on top of a bottle and some liquid, and called the authorities. The police cordoned off the road, but decided not to evacuate anyone. The squad then deployed the bomb squad robot, which discovered that the bottle was a bottle of Clorox bleach and it wasn't an explosive. The streets are back open and MUNI buses are running on Hayes again (isn't that just the 21?).
