We just learned about "Ask a Scientist" - a monthly lecture series "for curious humans". That's us! We're curious! And, mostly, human. And could definitely increase our science knoweldge. Held at the Bazaar Cafe once a month, these lectures are free and open to the public. Check out the calendar for the upcoming topics.

And along the same lines, don't forget that Wonderfest is coming up in early November.

In a departure from this column's usual begging and guilting, we really just think these are cool events and wish that we ourselves took part in more extracurricluar thinking. Sometimes we just care about you. Aw.
