It must be 中途ハンパ written in a wrong way. Embarassingly wrong. 中途半端(chew-toe hamper) is the orignal form. 半端 sometimes is written in katakana, thus 中途ハンパ.
中途ハンパ means half-way, unfinished, incomplete, uncompleted.
Somewhere and somehow, I assume, ハンパ became ハソパ. So many people get confused ン(n) with ソ(so).
Even native speakers sometimes cannot tell which from a hand writing.
There's also this word, ナンパ(nampa) which means hitting on somebody you first meet somewhere like on the beach, at a bar.
ナソパ doesn't mean anything.

So there you have it! Apparantly, some mysterious Japanese-speaking skulker saw those iPod and breathmint ads and naturally decided that they ought to add a message sort of along the lines of, "chew-toe-hamper halfway unfinished hitting on somebody." Ah yes. Well-put, mystery ninja.
