Court TV's Kimberly Guilfoyle — who moved here in January after filing for divorce from her workaholic husband, San Francisco Mayor Gavin Newsom — recently met CNN anchor Bill Hemmer, sources say. The two have been spotted together in the West Village and at a U2 concert. The bodacious brunette couldn't be reached. She's told pals the friendship is too "preliminary" to go public and it might not get serious. "He's always traveling," said a pal, "and when he's not, he's up every day at 4 a.m. She barely gets to see him."

Well, from what we understand, Bill Hemmer sure isn't a 'workaholic.' And of course, Kim-Kim may not want 'to go public' with it yet, which of course is why there's also an item in the Daily News (she's obviously hired a good publicist). Lloyd Grove confirms the Post's story (third item) and points out that, well, it looks like yet another long-distance relationship for Kimber if Bill gets his wish to work in D.C. -- hey, at least he isn't Michael Bolton.
