We were going to do a post about Caltrain's totally sane proposal for fixing their budget (putting in more of their totally popular baby bullet trains, increasing the number of express routes, closing unpopular stops, and giving people more service for the fare increase they're going to request) -- but then we saw that someone's having a baby in the Embarcadero BART station!!! Um, congratulations! We hope the mother is doing okay, and not stuck in an area where someone has recently peed.
