Warrant Issued in Murder of Timothy Griffith

The San Francisco Police Department has issued a warrant for the arrest of Rafael Antonio Cuevas, who is suspected of being the man who murdered Timothy Griffith after the Giants game on Friday, September 17th. Cuevas is the owner of a white, 1997 4-door Toyota Corolla which matches the description of the vehicle at the crime scene. Cuevas' name was given to police after he did not report to work the following Monday. The SFPD has declined to release the names of the suspected accomplices.

Services were held for Mr. Griffith on Friday at St. Peter's Episcopal Church in Redwood City. The family asks that donations be made to the "Timothy Griffith Memorial Fund for Animals in Need," care of Pets in Need, 873 5th Ave, Redwood City, CA 94063.
