  • 11-year-old girl Kinsey Joyner was reported missing Monday after having last been seen in the Upper Haight, but police found her Monday night between Golden Gate Park and the Great Highway.   • Video has surfaced of Sunday night’s police shooting near the Tenderloin, and it does appear the suspect was shot in the back while running away, though police maintain that he fired first.
