The property at 2840 Broadway apparently changed hands in an off-market sale, and it was last purchased in 2011 for $33 million by Sloan Lindemann Barnett, daughter of billionaire art collector George Lindemann, and her husband, Roger Barnett; Architectural Digest called it "the most beautiful house in America" in 2021.
